Scope Of Work

1. Inspection and treatment of either odourless residual spraying and/or gel baiting (depending on species and infestation area)
2. Apply Rat glue boards or rat baits at strategic areas

Terms & Condition

1. Covers Klang Valley only
2. For residential only
3. One year package 6 visits treatment is done once every 2 months (bi-monthly visits)
4. Working hours are Mondays – Saturdays (9.30am – 5pm) except Sunday & Public Holidays
5. If the property is >4000 sq ft, additional charges applies and must be agreed upon and paid before treatment commence
6. Price is not applicable for other pests such as, lizards, termites, mosquitoes, etc where separate charges may apply
7. We reserve the right to cancel and refund and reschedule the timing accordingly
