Termite Baiting Treatment (Property < 2000 sq ft)

Description

Scope Of Work

1. Inspection & installation of termite bait at active termite infestation spots
2. Follow-up visit every 2-3 weeks until total termites colony/nests eliminated (usually takes about 2 – 3 months)
3. Additional baits may be applied if necessary at no extra costs
4. 1 year warranty provided effective from the date of total elimination

Terms & Condition

1. Covers Klang Valley only
2. For residential only
3. Working hours are Mondays – Saturdays (9.30am – 5pm) except Sunday & Public Holidays
4. If the property is >4000 sq ft, additional charges applies and must be agreed upon and paid before treatment commence
5. This treatment is only applicable where there is active termites infestation. Should there be no active termite infestation during our inspection, the Termite Baiting treatment cannot commence, and there will be a nominal fee of RM80 charge for the inspection.
6. We reserve the right to cancel and refund and reschedule the timing accordingly
