Scope of Work

  • Coring of the tiles to remove the top along the wall/floor junctions at every 2 feet intervals
  • Drilling through the cored holes and injection of termiticide into each hole
  • Holes will be covered back with the cored tile and patch back with colour cement
  • 3 years warranty upon completion

  1. Covers Klang Valley only
  2. For residential only
  3. Working hours are Mondays – Saturdays (9.30am – 5pm) except Sunday & Public Holidays
  4. If the property is >3000 sq ft, additional charges applies and must be agreed upon and paid before treatment commence
  5. Only applicable for houses undergoing renovation and must have water & electricity available
  6. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the timing accordingly
